C-Sharp/C++ Expert needed - Desktop Application

Desktop application that pulls data from mysql server database and from a csv file, finds matching data in these 2 sources (by ID that is found in both of them), and displays the corresponding data in the same lines of a grid. The application should be able to do the above process for multiple databases (on different hosts) and multiple csv files. Application should save all data on a local database file, and only update new data on command (so that there's no need to download the entire database each time). Application should be password protected. ** Additional features: ** 1) Grid should be sortable. 2) Rows display - will be filtered by date and a few other properties (more details will be provided later). 3) Statistics - app should display basic statistics derived from data. 4) Export to csv.
