Change the NS of a Windows Server (Change the primary domain)

Hi All, I have a server that has it's own nameserver and I need to move that nameserver to another box. The server is hosting 30+ domains, but after the changes will host only 15 or less. I allready have a new server (not dedicated, a VPS on [login to view URL] ) The dedicated server has NS configured like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , and they respond on same IP. What I need to do is to configure a new NS on the dedicated server, like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] , and they i will point the domains to that nameserver. Also i need to configure [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] on the new server. This is what i need. As one of them is a dedicated and the other a VPS, i guess they both need NS to work. If there's a different solution, please state. I will give temporary access to the server, or you can just teach me how to do it. One server is Windows 2003 Standard R2, and the other (VPS) is Windows Server 2012 (The server isn´t ready yet, should be online today). This is not very urgent, but i would like to "migrate" in the period of a week or so. For a tech guru i guess this is pretty easy and pretty straightforward. Both servers have Plesk. The dedicated has 9.3 and the new will have 12.5 Thanks All, Happy bidding!
