connection to a mobile network using smpp

Hey guys,

I would really need your assistence with this project,I am mobile phone content provider,a mobile network has given me a deal to supply their subscribers with dail mobile content [url removed, login to view] informed me that i should go ahead and build a platform that will be used by me to connect to thier network directly using an smpp connection,i would really appreciate it if you can assist me with with this project as soon as possible.
