I currently have some desktop software called "L.A. Flash Cards", see here: [login to view URL] It's currently written in Visual C+ 6.0. Eventually I would like it re-written from scratch as a Windows Forms (or WPF?) application using something I can tinker with myself if need be using Visual Studio Express 2015. I don't mind in what language, either C#, VB or C++ As an initial project I only need a basic version to be done, not a full replication with all functionality or even a working flash card program. See attached document as to what I would like included and functional.
