Develop a Mac Application

I lost a hard drive. I recovered 60,000 files, some readable, some not. Filename is missing. Filetypes are: word, excel, pdf I need a program that: 1.- Open each file and check if it is readable 2.- If it is readable, need to get the "creation date" or "access date" and use it as the "filename" 3.- Also, need to read the "first line" of the file, and save it in the "filename". Example: "2016_01_01 - cookie [login to view URL]"
