copssh + cwrsync

a little computer task needs to be solved.. I have installed copssh + cwrsync to my windows server for it to rsync to remote servers.. rsync part is working.. I am using copssh to first tar folders for backup in server; this needs to be fixed. Please read my code here, and let me know what should be fixed.
