Configure cisco Aironet 1600 management ip address

Hello, Looking For Cisco Wireless - Specialist. We have Cisco switch 2960. One of his port configured as a trunk with Vlan's 40, 50, 60. Connected to this port Access Point Cisco Aironet 1600. We configure on access point 3 SSID: SSID - Guest1 that connect to Vlan 40, SSID - Guest2 that connect to valn 50, SSID - AV that connect to vlan 60. Everything working. The problem is that all configuration we do on console because we can't give to this Access Point IP address and connect to him over the network. We want that worker will configure it that we can able connect to this Access Point over the network from our management vlan 10, and also give me explanation how to do it because i need to configure it to other 20 Access points on a network. The worker need to do it tomorrow 21/02/2013 on 08:30 GMT time. The worker need to connect to my PC through remote software like: Teamviewer, Ammyy, ShowmyPC and do all configuration for 1 access point and after it's will work - he need give me explanation how to do it.
