Answer my questions in wordpress

In WordPress, I have a few questions on templates, codes in templates, styles, and similar things. If you are 100% sure you are an expert in Wordpress and you are able to answer promptly and help me with some issues, please step forward. Typical questions might be like: Which part of the code on Page X is doing Y? How can I change the style of this div to avoid this issue in chrome? I am not looking for a one-off but for somebody who would be able to help me improve in Wordpress little by little through daily examples. Some of my questions might sound pretty easy for you, and you might answer those in 3 seconds. I am still happy to pay for every answer I get.
