Big data: Population of data to a secure place from web forms. Multiple integrations

We are a non profit providing services we recruit beneficiaries through web forms, integrated by now with salesforce. We refer those data to international partners. Our goal is to populate this "cases" once or referral institutions or collaborators make follow-up. We need to store data in a private/highly secure place. WE DONT LOOK FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS but for software/solutions already in the market to be integrated with tools as Wordpress Google Apps, our chat service, etc This work is initially a consultancy project to test a solution and then can continue if maintenance or longer support is needed. First milestone wold be just 30 USD to test the solution.
