Create Gravity Forms That Auto Populate Fields From SQL

We have a sql database that has a list of users and their info. We would like to create a subscription sign up form (using gravity forms) that will allow the user to put in their ID and click next. After clicking next, they will have auto populate the fields that are available and those that are not they can complete. Once done, they click next again to sign up (PayPal checkout).
