Create a wordpress MLM site with functionality to change setting within an admin panel

I need the following:
1. A Home Page designed that looks something like this:
2. Users to have unique affiliate links so they can recruit new users.
Each user upon joining will be part of a massive MLM pyramid network.
3. This MLM network will be run autonomously with each user having their own affiliate link to recruit new members.
4. Each user will be ranked by a 'tier level' system
3. A 'My account page' for each user
This page will have display the users profile together with their tier/level.
It will also include an account summary of earnings etc.
