Actions Script & XML Programmer To Install Menu With Sound

Actions script 2.0 3.0 and XML programmer to install Menu with Sound files into website

I currently have a menu with four buttons that have a rollover effect, I am looking for someone to do a action script menu with sound so the buttons light up and make sound when someone rolls over with mouse.

I am looking for someone very familiar with programming to install menu with sound into my website.

Must have examples of previous work to show that you are able to do.

You should have these software programs to work with.

My budget is $30 for this project

Opens with Flash CS3, Flash CS4, Flash CS5 or higher ( ActionScript 3.0 / AS3 )
