Custom red5 FLV player

I need a custom flv streaming player component built/modified that will stream flawlessly with my custom red5 application. Then I need them to show me how they built it so I have the ability to create more skins based off of it. I have 3 players attached that are supposedly compatible with red5 with a little work. I'm trying to integrate them with red5 using flash 8, xml and actionscripting but I don't know exactly how. I've researched this heavily and know enough about red5 and flash that this is supposedly a simple project to implement into these "already built" players. I'd be willing to pay someone a reasonable amount to just get it done. Requirements: must have advanced knowledge in flash and red5 streaming server.
