Conversion to Joomla

We require programmer who has solid experience in developing Joomla templates. Templates must incorporate tableless css design. Graphic layout for template will be given along with areas for module placement on request and to winning bidder. Initially 1 template is required, more on successful partnership. The winning bidder needs to possess the following: -Templates must be provided in installable zip files -Good English and communication skills -Reliable -Good time management skills -Clear understanding of CSS table-less and joomla designs and must be able to demonstrate this capability through previous exmamples of work. - -Friendly -Responsive -Available for contact The project needs to be complete within 5 days of receiving the template design(html and/or jpg). All payments will be made after our final approval. No advance payment is provided.
