I am looking for an individual who can assist us in setting up a server to send out CAN-SPAM compliant bulk emails. The person must know how to white list IPS and inbox in Yahoo, Aol, Hotmail and GMAIL. Must be able to set up DKIM/SPF/SENDERID. Recommend MTA and Email software to use for sending 1 million emails a day with good delivery.
