django rss aggregator

A simple RSS aggregator that needs to combine a bunch of RSS feeds into a single website AND a RSS feed. There needs to be a admin interface for adding feeds (django's builtin admin interface is fine for this). Each feed should optionally have a logo or graphic assigned to it. This logo would be displayed in the website view. The backend needs to support all types and versions of feeds RSS/Atom etc. ([login to view URL] by Mark Pilgrim might be a good start for the RSS). There needs to be a script that can be used with CRON to automate refreshes of the RSS feeds. The feeds should NOT be refreshed when a user access either the site for the new feed. I want the feeds to be updated by CRON periodically perhaps every 15 - 30 mins... The website should essentially be a single page with a list on it. A very basic style needs to be applied each entry should contain a simple logo (the graphic mentioned above), heading/title followed by the description and link to the source article. As an example please check out [login to view URL] Ignoring the menus and side bar the list is very close to what I would like. Very simple. A couple of technical notes: -The system should use the latest official version of django (v1.3.1) -Python 2.7 -SQLite or MySQL for the Database may be used.
