CPA leads website

WHAT I DO NOT NEED! 1. I DO NOT NEED LEADS! DO NOT BID FOR LEADS I AM NOT LOOKING FOR LEADS OF ANY KIND! What i need is a quality website about CPA networks and the offers each network has. Here are the requirements: 1. Needs to have a list of CPA networks - preferably the top 20 which i will sign up for myself. If i cant get 20 then whatever we will work with the ones i get. I currently already have almost 10. Each network will have its own "profile" page that will contain some basic information about it such as the website URL (with my referral code in it), the payment terms in full (containing the payment threshold, how they pay, when they pay etc), and a explanation of the network and what it stands for. I will contact each network to see if they want to write up that part but if i cannot i will do a testimony. 2. Each network profile page will have a list of the offers each network offers. Separated in categories ( such as type of offer, category of offer but not by payout. 3. Each link to a external site will have my referral code in it. The website should have the ability for ad space in the most convert-able spots but the best for a great user experience. 4. Need logo done as well - domain not bought yet but will let you know when you win the bid. 5. NEEDS a portfolio from a website - i will not look at each link you send in the message box. i WILL IGNORE YOU! 6. Reply with the words "I will be patient" as ive gotten ALOT of pushy bids on other projects and i will not stand for it - and i also see alot of spam around here lately. If any questions let me know.
