I have about 220 deposit entries that need to be made into Quickbooks Premier Retail Edition 2016 for online sales.
The payments have already been recorded in Quickbooks, but the deposits haven't yet been recorded. Each deposit needs to be recorded separately.
The attached image shows one example.
The first line is provided from the Undeposited Funds account.
The second line is created for each deposit. The data in this line is always the same, except for the amount of the credit card charge (merchant charge) for each particular transaction.
Prefer you be able to use the Quickbooks Accountant program, so I can keep using Quickbooks and simply merge your entries when completed.
