Need qualified accountant to build cost of the intangible asset [software application]

We have an ERP application build with the objective of SAAS model to the Educational Institutions. Now, in order to fix the pricing, we need to calculate the total cost of the project. The accountant need to identify and outline the cost elements only the rest we will handle by ourselves. It is a fixed budget product and we are looking forward to a good quality economic solution.
