Hello, I need help to enter sales receipts from PAYPAL (EBAY) sales into Quickbooks, and also enter purchase receipts for inventory I bought into QB. Need to ensure that inventory information is updated appropriately and the QB PAYPAL account balance matches with the actual PAYPAL balance. The entries will be from 1/1/15 to 12/31/15 I do have subscription to a software called Simpleport ([login to view URL]) that will make it very easy to import all PAYPAL transactions to QB with some post manual effort, Given all my sales are in EBAY/PAYPAL, the sales receipts entry should not be too much time consuming. Thus only the purchase receipts (bills) would manually need to be entered. For that I would provide PDF copies of all the bills from my vendors. I'll approx have about 10 invoices per month to enter. There will also be other credit card, and bank transactions which are mostly Business expenses to enter. This should be able to be synced using Quicbooks online banking feature and would just need to be matched with either an existing QB bill OR the appropriate bill would need to be created. Also inventory should be updated (which will automatically happen as bills and sales receipts are entered. My expectation at the end of the project will be that my Quickbooks will be up to date with all my PAYPAL transactions, credit card, and bank transactions. If you clearly understand all the above I am looking for and are an expert with Quickbooks then please bid for the project work. thanks,

As the paypal receipts can be imported , this would not be much of a task. The purchase receipts which will be provided in PDF need to first converted into a csv with all the information, a back up taken of the quickbooks data and then the data will need importing into quickbooks. Finally, ledger scrutiny and a general review will be required to ensure everything has been fallen in place.

I currently hold a position as an office manager for a small newspaper where I keep the books that I organized from scratch but I am looking to find regular duties to complete from home. I actually just finished this type of project for her with the exception that I had to track down all of the information myself and it took 3 months working 20 hrs/wk. I put a length of 14 days on the project (hopefully it will be less) only because without knowing all the 'other' items that need input, it is hard to estimate and after having just completed this type of job, there are always unpredictables. I have taken college courses in accounting and have used Excel, QuickBooks, Quicken, and Microsoft Money programs. I am very organized and like to create processes that encourage checks & balances. I am detail oriented but I am human and make mistakes and I always learn from them. I hope to hear from you!
