I am Chartered Accountant with 20 years of work experience. I am working on accounting in QuickBooks, financial analysis, creating Financial Statement, AR, AP related reports, Bank Reconciliation, Sales Report, I have got practical experience of setting up Quick Books, migrating data from old software and make Quick Books according to the company's requirement.
I can do the required implementation of QuickBooks for all three entities. It will include setting up of Company Profile, User Profiles, Finalizing Invoice set up including logo fixing and colors in QuickBooks, setting up process of sending emails to client on invoice generation including reminders for payment. Creating Chart of Accounts, Bringing Balances in COA, Setting up Customer Account, Setting up Suppler Account, Creation of Tax Accounts, Bank Accounts set up linking of online bank with QuickBooks, providing Bank Report, Data Entry supervision so that to see effect all going in proper accounts, User profile set up who is doing what, supervise daily accounting process, generating Income statement and Balance Sheet. AR Ageing Report Customer, AP report suppliers, Running depreciation monthly.
So there is entire process to be followed in QuickBooks and data will be migrated from your old software.
