Merge Files for final box design in Adobe Illustrator

1 – See attached ZIP file for the files
2 – The file “[login to view URL]” is what we want as the final design (our vendor needs an .AI file with our complete design)
3 – The file “C0910-E-Flute-Harold Guptill-Working [login to view URL]” is where the complete design is to be (note all the check boxes please complete those and our design – follow their specifications for layering and other notes)
4 – Add our background color Pantone 505 (cmyk 40,86,58,38)
5 – Add the vines design from file "[login to view URL]" (note that it is one there 2 times and one is flipped)
6 - Add out logo in file "[login to view URL]"
7 - Add text in file "BottomOfBoxText-whitetext,pdf"
Note the orientation of the vines, logo, and text on the bottom of the box.
