Fix RED SCREEN in Premiere Pro CC 2019

I'm looking for someone can help me fix "RED SCREEN" in ADOBE Premiere Pro CC 2019.
I tried to fix it by go to Edit->Preferences->Media but it's not working.
Please see attached file.
