Designer for Sign Needed

Hello, I am looking for someone to design a window sign for my business... this is going to be a mesh style vinyl for a total size of 136.5" (h) x 147" (w)... the three top window are 54.5" x 49" and the three bottom windows are 82" x 49".... Here is what I am looking for... I am a MetroPCS dealer and want the bottom three windows each to have space for a cutout which i would could use to advertise a particular special... but if I don't have a special at that time the design needs to be able to have a filler that can be put in to keep the flow... Please know what MetroPCS is and if you don't look it up before bidding... I am looking for something that will make a splash... I don't want a stale ass window sign...
