Affiliate (influencer) marketing specialist's consultation

My company owns tea, teaware and glassware brands and wants to start an affiliate program and invite influencers to join. We already have online tool which gives a personal promo code to influencer and tracks the results. I've tried to address them though emails and though social media - got really bad experience. Now I'm looking for experienced affiliate marketing specialist to answer some questions via Zoom\Skype (maybe I will add a coupe more during the call): What is the best way to get influencers involved in our affiliate program? What is the best channel to address influencers? Should we narrow down the search Influencer audiences wise and how? Should you bond with some kind of a contract? How to calculate influencer payment? Is it more efficient to pay certain amount to the influencer for a single blog post or pay a percentage of an order? Or market says it should be both? Creative part - should we leave it to influencer or prepare something universal? How much do influencer agencies and individual influencer marketing specialist's services cost?
