I'm looking for someone to help me do supervised learning in R. I'm working with a car evaluation dataset, which I'm attaching. As I want to do logistic regression and other techniques, I know that I will have to do some preprocessing. So that's what I would like help with. I already know how to do this one way with the use of loops but I'm looking for an alternative. So all you need to do is look at the attached document and tell me how I can do it differently using factors or something simple. I will likely need more help tomorrow, so expect more small jobs. Also please let me know that you checked the files before proposing for the job, otherwise I ignore it.

I have done MS Software Engineering. I had a course on DATA ENGINEERING, ML and Artificial Intelligence. I know all data mining techniques, Deep learning and data analysis techniques.
