AWS - CDN, Video on Demand - AWS Pipeline - lambda - media encoder

Please only contact if you have read the details and are experienced in this area, I am tired of developers that want to be paid to learn how to do things they claim to already know. If you mess up my site I will not be happy, care must be taken. We have a social networking site that allows users to upload videos, currently, the videos uploaded by the standard are uploaded in full, and as a result performance for playback is inconsistent and load on servers is affected. We need a VOD pipeline setup on AWS that will take videos and transcode them to hls, mp4. We would need to setup encoding profiles and support for different dimensions and allowing us to limit bitrate so that the output video is equal to or less quality of the uploaded video. The api for the video upload feature are already there, you just need to link the upload function to the aws pipeline and end, once it is setup. We already have a older pipeline setup for admin users incase you need to reference this work to make easier to understand. We currently have a admin based video upload pipeline that is outdated and requires manual work from us, so as a result this would not be suited for users uploading from vairous devices and different sizes. If the job is done well we will look to get you to also update our current work flow for the premium side of our site.
