integrating the app to use mapbox map api

remove trix payment add payment like gpay or any good in app payment processor and make sure cash payment is checked as option

update splash screen, logo app icon with all needed minor customization app name eg

update links to point to our sites

improve the gps switching to one button click (see bolt app) also allow the app to function when gps is off for manual map address selection

upload server back-end .. need your feed back asap .Thanks
