Android and iOS developer to integrate with Shopify

I have relevant skills and 7+ years of programming experienced with the relevant technologies, RestFul API, Back-end integration, MySQL database and bugs handling. However, Social, Dating, Taxi Uber like Platform, Parking and Food Delivery and many other apps i have been developed before and for your project i would like to start working and deliver the job on time line. Some questions : Do you have UI designing screens already ? Do you have hosting server already ? Will you provide me the web services ? What about the payment API ?
