Looking for someone who can help us on developing a very simple app which all it does is an integrated in-app browser. The point of this project is not the app itself (which still need to be developed) but rather the way we need it to be able to be accessed.
It needs to be available both in locked and unlocked phone same as how you can access the ios calculator without unlocking the phone. The shortcut icon of the app should not only be available in the unlocked screen of the phone same as all other apps, but also from the drop down menu of the of the phone where you turn on/off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, access your camera, notifications, etc...
This particular coding part is what we are looking for that allows the app to be opened and fully functional with any permission it requires such as storage access, microphone access and so on even if the phone is locked.
