I am looking for two types of help. 1) Reproduction of defects found by users in the field, and 2) Development advice related to crashes, non-fatal errors and memory leaks.
At this time I am the sole developer and can only seek out assistance. We cannot bring on a developer with full access to the code base. We can do many things that would support this effort: remote meetings (Zoom, etc), sharing of code fragments/modules. However we make this happen it will require us to communicate in English both in text and voice -- so very good to excellent English (written and spoken) is a requirement.
#1 Reproduce Errors. We get reports from users that indicate there are real problems but we realize it will take some time to find them. We can often supply information about the device, the Android level and some other factors but we'd be looking to you to identify the specific steps needed to reproduce (so I can then target the point in the code).
#2 Development advice. When I have identified an error, there are times where I will need to get advice of do research. Perhaps the best way to think of this is to perform the role of a personal Stack Overflow service. It needs to be said: I am not a highly experienced mobile developer. I can do basic-to-intermediate developments but I am largely working with code that was given to me
