build a small android app

Create an app in Android called “Voice Player App” and should have the following features: 1. The app should be able to do voice recording and save it to the phone 2. The app should be able to play back the voice recordings 3. The recorder should have a voice waveform display when recording or doing play back 4. The app should have a dashboard, which is the landing screen for the app and it should have the following features: a. There is a button to add a voice recording and user need to add name for when a recording is created b. There is a list of all the voice recordings c. The user can replay a voice recording if they choose one d. The user can edit the name of the recordings e. The user can delete a recording Please include the package/source codes for the sample app and also include the apk file. You may use any tools or libraries you need to create the app.
