Expertise in Mobile UI Design Needed

I am looking for a mobile UI expert to analyze, improve, and design the UI of a web application. The application is aimed at homeowners, helping them monitor background costs. The UI is a simple way for them to understand what the intelligent agent is doing and why. Work to be Done: - Improve screen templates that have stories behind them with actual design - Look for inconsistencies in screen templates - Help design a set of mock-ups that can be implemented within an application - Make adjustments to the existing screens/workflow • Create images of views that a developer can copy • Create CSS that can be used by the front end web developer, ideally a bootstrap/material template. Skills Needed: - Experience with Workflow - Expertise with CSS - Experience with Mobile UI design - Experience creating mobile web applications - Experience with bootstrap, material, or re-skinable frameworks preferred The UI in present form has 23 screens; possibly seven more.
