Fix Development environment

If efficient, I will provide you with the first exclusive bid for follow up projects. My personal development environment has Android Studio and Eclipse (Java EE IDE) with Tomcat Apache installed. I am not overly experienced with it all, but have some basic knowledge that allows me to debug and fix minor issues. I recently had a developer make many changes to the projects and have since changed PC's and not familiar enough with Android Studio/Tomcat/Eclipse to setup properly to be able to debug locally Project details: On US (EST) hours, we can schedule a block of time and I will provide Teamviewer access. Deliverables 1. I have an android application that I need to be able to debug. I currently receive gradle and git errors when trying to perform updates on Android Studio. I would like to resolve all development environment errors and Debug my android app by plugging device into USB port. 2. I have a Servlet. I need to be able to debug it locally on my PC using Eclipse, the windows Tomcat Service and a local MySQL. (I used to be able to do this) MySQL config may be needed to accomplish this. The database file itself can be copied from the production server. Once this is finished, I have a number of projects that I need to start on quickly. Ideally I need someone with strong knowledge in iPhone, Android, Java, PHP, MySQL for mobile work, server work, website, and windows applications. It is important to me that the developer is willing to work some US hours for proper communication. Strong written English also critical.
