OCR for receipt/invoice

I need a basic android app that can recognize from receipts/invoices at least these data:
- Shop ID (es. tax code, telephone number)
- Date (American format is considered a plus)
- Total/Amount
I don't care about the Look&Feel of the app. I just need a basic tool that I can manage and integrate into my app.
For the learning data set, it would be great to use both an open source dataset and a "private" dataset fed by me.
It would be considered a plus the possibility to read also handwritten receipts. But I prefer to leave this for a second phase.
The final deliverable has to be completely editable by me because I have to be able to change the code.
In order to give you an idea of the effort of this project, I have prepared a sample dataset. If you are interested, please write me your email address so that I can send you the dataset. Then put a cross on each receipt that your OCR will be able to read. I don't expect you to be able to satisfy all of them.
