Short 2D animation in After Effects

Hello, I’m looking for an animator to create a short 2D animation in After Effects. I have the illustrations (in Adobe Illustrator). The animation would be to a short 5-second audio clip. It would require syncing mouth movement to character’s dialogue.

Final product would be .mov or .mp4, 16:9, 24fps. Must be done in After Effects and provide the file to me after it is finished. Turn around in 5 business days.
