458184 Quick fix needed

I run [url removed, login to view] my site is having problems with the payment process. There's a problem with the coding as my site's not recognizing that all the payments that need to be paid, have been paid and now the admim is allowed to be paid. Programmer must have an Alertpay account so that I can transfer some money to it, so they can test my site and see for themselves exactly what I'm talking about. This is a quick fix, so no outrageous bids please.
