SharePoint Online / 2013 / 2016 Development and Support - ongoing

We consult on, deploy, migrate and develop SharePoint for many medium and large Australian companies and organisations. We have among our current SharePoint customers and projects a global electronic brand and three large and medium size government organisations. As we do a varied mix of projects from straight design and roadmap consulting ( How to migrate to Office 365, handling change management and training for users, how to replace expensive solutions with a cheaper and more agile SharePoint approach, etc.) we often have the need for good consultants and developers that we can work with, trust and build long term relationships with. The most important item for us is we want our developers and consultants to work well with our customers and develop a trusting relationship, as trust is our primary business goal. To that end, we are continuing and expanding the process of seeking long term partnerships with global developers, that we can trust to hand off certain parts of a project so our local consultants and focus more on the consulting and people side. We may ask a developer or consultant to spend a few hours testing and confirming an approach we want to use before we go ahead, build some custom solutions to be deployed, or simply assist with a bigger project remotely. And so we are looking to chat to those candidates we feel have the right mix of skills, professionalism and the ability to represent GCBlue to customers. For those candidates we bring on board, we will need MCP association to our Microsoft partnership.
