Im a residential real estate agent in Chicago for @properties. I do not specialize in any one specific neighborhood or type of housing. I am looking to have some blog write ups done as i need content for my website and have no time to keep up with it myself. Im interested in hiring someone on a regular basis to write up a blog post weekly. However id like to first start by committing to a couple of write ups first. Once we determine if we work well together ill be looking to purchase more. Id like the content to be focused on real estate and to incorporate helpful information that would appeal to any home buyer or seller or investor. Changes in mortgage rates, housing markets, neighborhood markets, design tips (this is a big thing for me bc i also do design), new construction projects. id like to focus on areas that are located no more that a 25 mile radius from the city. flexible on price. Would probably prefer to pay per write up or for a group of write ups at a time.
