Hi there. Thanks for inviting me to bid. It sounds like an interesting subject. In terms of why I'm a strong candidate for this, I have a degree in Creative Writing. I am also married to somebody who has severe M.E, scoliosis and myofascial pain syndrome and in addition to being her husband, I am also effectively her carer. I have run one full length marathon in her honour and to raise money for Action for M.E and I have recently been accepted to run another marathon for Research for M.E. As much as I could be described to having shown her compassion, she has done the same for me - helping to piece me back together after I finally got out of a long term abusive relationship. So I am keen to stress to people that she has done me as much good as I have done her. My wife is the most amazing person I have met and I admire her mental and emotional strength.
