1. Learning objective of the drill (3 - 4 objectives in anotation or bullet point)
2. set up of the drill (picture of cones / distance and participants)
3. teaching cues
we will need to develop these with following direction
# delivered to the coaches phone each week
#easy to read and understand
# low cost but good quality
#step above PDF but not full animation nor video (something better than power point)
#volume of 90 per 3 months for the next 2 years
We would provide the template for the activity and you would need to produce the 'snack' that we can send to the coach
