Create & Write Content of a Small Vacation Rentals Website

need a content writer to design all the content in our small vacation rental website focused in New York City. We will provide you a wordpress theme demo that will show how our website will look and function when finished including a few samples of real apartment listings apartment listings and photos to be featured in our website. You are to design/write the content that will be included in the website which may involve writing the titles of each apartment listing and some small articles related to the topic of offering such apartment rentals as a host, for example. You will have to help come up with content to be included in such a website. We will also need the typical Terms of Services Page, privacy policy and apartment rentals contract, which you may rewrite using other similar websites (ie: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) as an example. Again the website will be small, but we do need to put some work into providing original content for it approximately in the range of 2500-5000 words in total.
We are looking for someone with previous experience writing content in this industry.
