Looking for Writers - 193 - 03/06/2018 08:46 EDT

We are a content development company having about 100 writers and 25 editors working with us. We are planning to expand our team now and are looking for excellent writers to join our team. You shall be paid at USD 5 per 500 words for writing / rewriting work, and there shall an uninterrupted flow of work. As of now, our fulltime writers earn about USD 2,500 per month (the writer who earned the most from us in December 2017 earned about USD 4,500 working for long hours). While working with us, we shall require you to: (a) Participate in researching for information, as and when required, and craft your ideas into excellently written articles well, (b) Ensure that the file you deliver is free from most, if not all, of the grammatical and sentence construction issues, and that it closely follow the given guidelines / instructions, (c) Be available to work on revision work, as and when required (this is not very frequent, but revisions may pop up sometimes), (d) Be available to write out of your comfort zone (don't worry, we would never ask you to participate in any adult writing tasks), (e) Turn in the assignments on timely basis, (f) Be available as and when required to when urgently on any given file (this is a rare request, but you may see this frequently if the team is working on some work requiring urgent delivery), (g) Be available to work on your off-days (again, this is a rare request, but you may see it once in a while when we require your help urgently), (h) Work in an environment where you are certain not to get distracted, (i) Have a proper internet connection (preferably, you must have a backup internet connection as well, in case your primary internet connection fails), and (j) Maintain your report of errors that are commonly made by you, as and when reported, and work on minimizing them. We expect you to work on fulltime basis, but people wanting to work on parttime basis are also welcome to place their bid / send their proposal. Please note that we might be super-busy during the interview stage due to which we are usually not open to bargaining about the price. If you think that you might not be comfortable in the above-mentioned pay, please do not bid / send your proposal. Also, just to give you an idea, you shall be paid via Milestones, which shall be set up at the beginning of each week. We release the funds on every Monday for all of the approved work.
