Hi I wanted to start a salad bar in an already exciting chicken shop and a pizza shop. I need someone to advise me on overall maintenance of salad bar, choice of salad bar options, tips and ideas of type of salad bar menu options, perpetration notes and itemised checklist journal for people preparing salad. Prepare a sheet for each recipe measurement and costing of goods along with item sold gross profits and sale projection expectation if bar taken to another location and if sales expectation filters maybe some option on a excel sheet would be nice
