Script writing based on existing synopsis (open to every budget proposal)

With my Luxembourg-based production company "Radar", we are planning to developp several scripts, ranging from feature films to web-series (mostly fantastic and supernatural themes).
What we are looking for are scriptwriters who could deliver a first draft based on a synopsis. Most projects are based on stories I developped and my personal strenghts are finding strong concepts and memorable key-scenes. These stories are more scene-driven than character driven.
That's why I would need a writer who knows about structure and character developpment as well as dialogues.
So what I would need from you first are the following:
- A sample of your work. It doesn't necessarily have to be supernatural. I'd simply like to get a sense of your writing style and dialogues
- A ballpark figure of the cost of writing. Knowing that you would be credited (it's not a ghostwriting job) and that we're not in a terrible hurry writing it. Ideally, I'd like a rough estimate for a 90-page feature script (one draft) and a 24 page mini-series (12 two-minutes episodes for a supernatural sitcom) - also one draft.
If we're to work together, the workflow would be us sending you a synopsis, followed by discussions about the structure and other aims. From then on, you're free to write the first draft
