Specifically, you will: Research potential guests for new show development Manage production schedules from pre to post to launch Coordinate launch of new shows and seasons Identify, pre-interview and book potential guests for specific shows Research and write detailed interview prep for hosts Gather and organise audience data Manage show social media accounts and listener engagement Write superior promotional copy & produce assets for social media Coordinate logistics around launching new shows Participate and take notes during any meetings Conceptualise and produce promos Log tape, cut host tracks, cut interviews Organise audio archives Draft show /episode descriptions and QC final audio before broadcast Brainstorm, pitch, and workshop ideas for new shows Some administrative tasks as needed What you’ll bring: Experience in a deadline-driven media environment Superb organisation and time management Superb writing skills showing originality and humour Creative problem-solving in editing stories and interviews Excellent communication skills, written and spoken Scrupulous attention to detail Proficiency with a range of social media Experience working with diverse populations preferred Event planning experience a plus
