We are a creative agency that helps life science companies and their investor relations firms with creative needs such as websites, annual reports, corporate decks, and life science branding. We have an immediate need for a writer who can produce one high-quality article per week. We will produce a topic and loose outline. We need the writer to take this outline, do any research necessary, and then deliver a high-quality post (500 - 1500 words) in the same tone of voice as our existing articles. Our audience is primarily life science company executives and PR/IR firms owners. Article topics cover helping these people with life science creative needs. Some specific topic examples are: Brand Awareness vs Brand Preference Email is NOT a project management tool. Meeting Your Life Science Website Deadline When Personal Opinion Causes Design to Fail Control Your Website Project Management Costs I want to hire a writer to produce one article per week. I am looking for: - Expert writing including research - Availability to produce an article per week - Availability for a few revision rounds - Ability to match the tone of our current articles (I'll share our site once I see you application) I am not looking for: - low quality, content-mill style work - missed deadlines - ESL speakers/writers Please convince me of your skill by sharing similar project examples. Re: Blog Articles RFP Hello! Thank you in advance for your consideration of my proposal. I own an agency with two writers on-staff (both are American, so native English speakers) and I think they would be a perfect fit for your project (as a note, I also serve as a writer on an as-needed basis). We have clients in a variety of fields and industries and are well-versed in working with our clients' brand voices. As far as being comfortable writing from an agency perspective on a variety of topics, that too is well within our "wheelhouse" (so to speak). With regard to our process how we typically like to operate is: - Establish the monthly content calendar prior to the commencement of any work - We will then send over the articles and accompanying images (stock photography) via a DropBox link. - Upon receipt of feedback, we will edit and resend articles as needed. - We like to keep our clients ahead of schedule, so for instance, for blogs for the month of January, we already have our clients content calendars established (typically done no later than the 5th of the month) and we are crafting their content now (for delivery by the 15th of the month). If you have time, I would like to speak with you so we can submit a monthly price (I think that might be more efficient for all parties involved).
