Popart style artist needed

Hi. I am looking to find an artist who can produce 2-3 pieces of art in landscape format to use as website header images. I know what style I want and can direct you to examples. In addition, I need a range of probably 3-5 icons in the same style. The subjects are very simple, the concept being tested is a charity/not-for-profit messaging platform for connecting two anonymous people for the purpose of talking. It's not dating, think pen-pals. The theme therefore is talking and listening, so mouths and ears etc... If the new platform gains traction then there would be a good deal of follow up work at a considerably higher commission.
