Work past credit card blocks

I'm looking for someone to work out why my payment cards are consistently blocked by [login to view URL] and work out a solution for me. I purchase event tickets to resell so must buy large quantities in separate transactions.

Currently for each transaction I use the following and am still blocked at the final step (submit payment) 70% of the time:

- New proxy and IP address.

- Spoofing tool to randomise my OS and browser.

- Brand new and unique credit card details. CC number, expiry and CSC.

- Unique name, email address, physical address and account.

- In some instance new device and new wifi network.

I believe that the website somehow still knows that its the same person and is blocking me from transacting.
