web 2.0 projec for eCommerce

I am trying to launch a new web 2.0 company called Decclo. It is a very similar business model to [obscured] but it has its differences.
I have attached some layouts and what I believe still needs to be done to accomplish what I need to launch this site. It is not comprehensive but rather a snap shot. Right now, you can see a non-working site - what we have so far @ [obscured] None of the gateways (pictures) are linked to product pages (need created and customized) or anything like that. The ecommerce platform is AbleCommerce 7.0. My last 2 design/programming companies used ASP.Net and coded it in C#.
All the details are attached. The big deal is the voting and submit page. Those are the crux of the project along with the ecommerce back end which is already in place.
